Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her children and cheering them on at their sporting events.
A fun fact about Ms. Alie is that she competed in both soccer and track at Muskingum University, where she learned the value of teamwork, perseverance, and hard work. One of her favorite children’s authors is Dr. Seuss because his books inspired her love of reading and the fun of rhyming as a child.

Outside of work, Chandra enjoys reading, building and painting wooden projects, baking, and cooking. Hello, my name is Laura Fout. I am proud to be part of the AcademyOne community, where I have the privilege of supporting children, families, and educators each day. There is nothing more meaningful to me than watching children grow in confidence, discover their strengths, and feel safe and valued in their classroom. I also truly enjoy supporting teachers in their professional growth and helping create an environment where both children and staff can thrive.
I believe that strong relationships are at the heart of everything we do. I strive to lead and teach with warmth, patience, and consistency, always remembering that meaningful learning happens through connection and trust. I believe in teaching from the heart, encouraging steady progress, and celebrating each child’s individual journey.
Outside of school, I enjoy walking, biking, reading, attending movies and live productions, and spending time with my family. I am an animal lover and share my home with two cats, two dogs, a bearded dragon, and a guinea pig. I am also a proud mother of three children, two sons and one daughter, and being a parent continues to shape the care and understanding I bring to my work.
My favorite children’s book is The Kissing Hand by Audrey Penn because of its gentle reminder that children carry love and reassurance with them wherever they go. She especially enjoys planning engaging activities, fostering creativity, and watching children build confidence as they discover new concepts. Outside of the classroom, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog, Casper, traveling, visiting family, photography, and writing. She is also a published children’s book author and illustrator, combining her love of literacy, creativity, and imagination to inspire young learners. Hi, I’m Kim, the Curriculum Director here at AcademyOne Childcare & Preschool. I’ve been in Early Childhood Education field since 2011 and am currently working on my Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, after earning my Associate’s degree in the field. My role as Curriculum Director allows me the incredible opportunity to watch children, families, and staff grow together. It’s such a rewarding feeling to be part of an environment where everyone is continually learning and evolving, and I’m proud to contribute to that.
One of the things I love most about working at AcademyOne is seeing the resilience and dedication of both our families and teachers. I’m truly fortunate to work alongside such amazing people who are as passionate about early childhood education as I am. It makes me proud to be a part of this team.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, gardening, and cooking. I find peace in spending time in nature and creating delicious meals for my family. Fun fact: I’m left-handed, which often surprises people!
One of my favorite children’s books is There’s a Monster at the End of This Book, Leonardo the Terrible Monster by Mo Willems – it’s a classic and always brings a smile to my face.
