Ms. Lily joined the early childhood education field in 2026 and is currently working toward her Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential. She is also attending Columbus State Community College, where she is pursuing a degree in Social Work. Lily is passionate about building meaningful relationships with children and helping them grow through positive learning experiences.

Her favorite part about working at AcademyOne is the connections she makes with children each day and watching them learn new skills, reach milestones, and grow in confidence. She values the supportive environment and encouragement she receives from her coworkers.

Outside of work, Lily enjoys pottery, attending concerts, spending time with family and pets, and baking sweet treats. Her favorite children’s book is Don’t Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus! by Mo Willems because of its creativity, humor, and interactive storytelling. Lily brings enthusiasm, kindness, and a genuine love for children to the AcademyOne team and is excited to continue learning and growing in the field of early childhood education.
