Ms. Alie has been working in the early childhood education field since 2023. She previously attended college in a different field and is currently pursuing her Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential. She is passionate about continuing her professional growth while making a positive impact in the lives of young children.

Ms. Alie loves watching children learn, grow, and gain confidence each day. She enjoys building meaningful relationships with children and families and creating a caring, encouraging classroom where every child feels supported. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her children and cheering them on at their sporting events.

A fun fact about Ms. Alie is that she competed in both soccer and track at Muskingum University, where she learned the value of teamwork, perseverance, and hard work. One of her favorite children’s authors is Dr. Seuss because his books inspired her love of reading and the fun of rhyming as a child.

A quote that inspires her is, “Hard work pays off.” This simple reminder reflects her belief that dedication, perseverance, and a positive attitude help children and adults succeed both in the classroom and in life.
