Ms. Lala has been working in early childhood education since 2010 and brings a wealth of experience, knowledge, and compassion to the AcademyOne team. She holds a Master’s Degree in Chemistry and Chemistry Teaching and is passionate about creating a nurturing environment where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to learn and grow.

Lala enjoys building trusting relationships with children and families while supporting each child’s natural curiosity, creativity, and love of learning. She believes every child is unique and deserves to be celebrated for their individual strengths and personality.

Outside of work, Lala enjoys traveling, gardening, reading, and rescuing animals. She also loves creating tiny fairy gardens and sharing them with children. Her favorite children’s book is Pete the Cat and His Groovy Buttons because of its positive message about staying optimistic and flexible when things don’t go as planned. Lala’s warmth, dedication, and years of experience help create a welcoming environment where children can thrive.
