Outside of the classroom, Ms. Lauren is a passionate home cook who enjoys experimenting with new recipes and creating meals for her family. She also loves exploring the outdoors and traveling to new places whenever she gets the chance. A fun fact about Lauren is that she was a competitive gymnast growing up and later spent 10 years coaching at Buckeye Gymnastics—the very same gym where she once trained!

Mr. Nolan joined our team in 2022, bringing with him a wealth of experience from his background in coaching, kids’ camps, and social work. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Bowling Green State University (BGSU). Mr. Nolan loves the incredible responsibility of guiding his students’ education and finds it deeply rewarding to witness their growth and progress.
Outside the classroom, Mr. Nolan is a big fan of soccer, enjoys unwinding with video games, and has recently discovered a new passion for painting. A fun fact about him: he’s got a tattoo of Avatar: The Last Airbender—a tribute to one of his favorite shows!

A graduate of Bishop Hartley High School, she is continuing her education in Early Childhood Education to further her passion for working with young learners.
Her favorite part about being at AcademyOne is the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, both with the children and her coworkers. She loves getting to know each child’s unique personality and values being part of a supportive, caring team.
Outside of work, Hannah enjoys spending time with her friends and making lasting memories. A fun fact about her is that she has traveled to six different countries, giving her an appreciation for different cultures and experiences.

Charlie loves the excitement and connection she shares with her students, from the smiles on their faces when they see her to the pride she feels as she teaches them new skills and watches their confidence blossom.
Outside of work, Charlie enjoys spending quality time with her husband, particularly when they’re outdoors. Together, they love off-roading in their jeep and exploring the woods, always looking for their next adventure. Charlie is also a creative at heart and has a strong passion for painting. A fun fact about her: she loves skateboarding and enjoys cruising along the Scioto Mile on her longboard, taking in the views by the river.

Hi, I’m Kim, the Curriculum Director here at AcademyOne Childcare & Preschool. I’ve been in Early Childhood Education field since 2011 and am currently working on my Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, after earning my Associate’s degree in the field. My role as Curriculum Director allows me the incredible opportunity to watch children, families, and staff grow together. It’s such a rewarding feeling to be part of an environment where everyone is continually learning and evolving, and I’m proud to contribute to that.
One of the things I love most about working at AcademyOne is seeing the resilience and dedication of both our families and teachers. I’m truly fortunate to work alongside such amazing people who are as passionate about early childhood education as I am. It makes me proud to be a part of this team.
