Ms. Dominique has been working in the early childhood education field since 2012 and holds her Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential. With more than a decade of experience, she is passionate about creating a nurturing environment where children feel loved, supported, and encouraged to reach their full potential. Her favorite part of teaching is watching children grow, gain confidence, and celebrate new accomplishments while building meaningful relationships that help them feel safe and secure. Outside of the classroom, Dominique enjoys spending quality time with her husband and children, as family is at the heart of everything she does. A fun fact about Dominique is that she has a beautiful singing voice and loves bringing music, laughter, and joy into the classroom by singing with the children throughout the day. She is passionate about helping children develop confidence and resilience that will serve them throughout life. Guided by her favorite quote, “You have to train your mind to be stronger than your feelings, or else you will lose yourself,” Dominique believes that patience, encouragement, and a positive mindset help children build the confidence and skills they need to thrive both in and out of the classroom.
