Charlie has been a valued member of the AcademyOne team since 2022 and brings creativity, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for children to the classroom. She earned her Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential and is passionate about helping young children build confidence, independence, and new skills through hands-on learning and exploration.

Charlie loves watching children grow and develop over time, celebrating their accomplishments and building meaningful relationships with each child. She believes some of the best learning happens when children are encouraged to explore, try new things, and learn through experience.

Outside of work, Charlie enjoys spending time with her husband, exploring the outdoors, off-roading in their Jeep, and discovering new trails and scenic spots. She also enjoys skateboarding, longboarding, and painting. Her favorite children’s book is No, David! by David Shannon because of the special memories it brings from reading with her younger brother. Charlie’s fun-loving personality and creative spirit help create a classroom where learning is joyful, meaningful, and engaging.
