Ms. Kayle has been in the early childhood education field since 2021 and is currently working towards earning her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, a certification focused on enhancing teaching skills and understanding child development. Her favorite part of working with children is seeing the incredible variety of their personalities and witnessing their growth and progress as they hit exciting milestones.

Outside of the classroom, Ms. Kayle enjoys spending quality time with her family and is an avid movie watcher. A fun fact about her is that she loves scary movies and never misses a chance to watch the latest thriller!

Her favorite children’s book is The Giving Tree by Shel Silverstein, a timeless story of love and generosity. Ms. Kayle’s philosophy on education is best summed up by her favorite quote: “Learning never exhausts the mind.” She believes that every day is a new opportunity for discovery and growth, for both the children and herself.
